Elder Scrolls IV - Screencap prob?

I used the traditional 'print screen' to take a screen capture, but when I try to paste it into a program to save it, there's nothing to paste. Does it go to a special folder? I didn't anything setting a specific key to capture a screen in options.

If you've already set the screenshot feature to enabled in the INI file, screenshots are stored in C:/Program Files/Bethesda Softworks/Oblivion.
