Its slower than what I usually get which is around 11-12mB/s... But its alright, besides the beta isn't open till friday.
Its a 21GB download so its going to take all day if you have a slow download speed. I should be done in 2-3 hours.
It didn't say anything about it not being until Friday, that kind of stinks. I figured it was open beta until they closed it for launch.
I thought the same unfortunately its only for the weekend. I think they are in the final stages of the Beta so they are just going to get as many people playing at once to really push the servers and test the stability.
I think I averaged 7-8Mbps which took a few hours to complete. And the Non disclosure has been lifted so it is indeed ok to spread the footage Halipokes.
I usually had between 100-200kb/s so I had to leave the computer on at night to download it. It did speed up a bit near the end of the download though.
