Hey guys,
Lately I've been getting back into strategy games, such as Rome : Total War, Supreme Commander and etc. Out of all those I mentioned, which one should I get ?

Well, depends on your taste. Empire: Total War is much bigger with huge armies. Dawn of War 2 is like an rpg tbh. Ive never played Company of Heroes, but it seems like the best choice.I have spent some serious time with these three games since Ihave them on steam. You should play them all. Since u already have played a Total War game I would say Company of heroes, if you like it Dawn of War 2 has capture points similiar to COH. Total War series is the best imo becuase I like the 4x startegy on the huge maps. Loved Empires and playing thru Napolean now. COH is probally the best one for MP.
All three are different. Empire has a much larger scale, and a great campaign aspect to it as well in the form of the world map. DoW and CoH play very similar to each other(both are made in the same engine by the same developer) and focus more on small scale tactical battles. I would pick DoW over CoH, mainly because DoW uses the same basic gameplay elements, but at the same time has a cooler campaign and and RPG element to it.
Also, if you get Empire, do not forget to download Darth Mod for it. It really fixes a lot of ai, pathing, and other such problems while at the same time introduces an even larger combat scale, better uniforms, more units, better music, and many more options as to how you want the gameplay to proceed.
All three are quite different to each other. I have not played E:TW yet except for the demo but in the same series Medieval 2 TW I have. It will have massive battles and turn based strategy. Dawn of War 2 is of the smaller scale and small squads where you level them up rpg style. Company of Heroes puts emphasis on capturing territory to succeed. All three are worth playing but CoH & DoW2 the two I have played I throughly enjoyed. DoW2 did get slightly repetitive for me towards later part of the game as the mission structures were the same. Haven't played through E:TW yet, you've played SupCoM and if you enjoy large scale then try out E:TW whilst it is very different there is a demo. Out of CoH & DoW2 I choose CoH to play first it is one of the best but you should get round to all of them eventually.
Edit - oops forget tha you said you've played Total War.hey guys i know this is an old thread but........... i want to know if buying the DAWN OF WAR 1 ANTHOLOGY now IS WORTH IT 7 years since its release ? i played dawn of war 2 i liked it to certain extent like the rpg elements and capturing control points etc but the game became very repetitive towards the end and left me with a bitter taste so havent bothered playing chaos rising or retribution  ALSO i loved company of heroes- favourite RTS after starcraft 2 so i am not some noob rts beginner so what do u say ? do i buy the anthology or not?
