[QUOTE="DanielDust"]Nah, I stick to tw-center. Quality of posters generally seems higher. E:TW had more active players than N:TW a few days ago, on Steam. So clearly a lot of people are still enjoying the game. Not saying it'll ever be perfected, but now most CTD's comes down to user error, rather than the actual game. Be it drivers or otherwise. "Most people can't even play the game" is bull. I believe you are wrong in that. I don't know if it's an extremely common error or not, but I've tried 3 different long grand campaigns on two different windows installations and after about 30 years theres always one unit that doesn't move correctly after I end my turn, and then the next turn they try to finish the move I issued earlier or I manually try to move it again and then the game crashes. When it enters this movement loop, there is no way to stop it and you'd just better hope you have a save a few turns ago before you initially issued the move command. It's pretty petty to jump straight to insulting someone's knowledge or ability just because some of you guys aren't having any problems yourselves. Before you essentially jump down someone's throat, maybe you should question your logic.I presume you know that this is a Steam game and it automatically updates, right?
And of course you wouldn't look there, why would you, it would show how wrong you are (most threads are CTD, they can't even play the game, I at least can play a few minutes).
I'll try again with the darth mod the next time I install it, but that's mostly for AI, it won't do much to the game.
