Is this PSU good and reliable?

also: Is 530watts enough for my first build? (q6600, artic cooling freezer 7 pro, 4gigs 1066 ram, and 8800GT)

Sorry Im not too good with picking a good PSU and i dont know much about what is needed.

Your PSU has enough juice to power up those parts easily, i have Q6600, 1790i mobo and 8800gtx and i use a 500w with really no trouble. ( if you plan to use SLI tho you might wanna get something bigger.)

This is a corsair instead, should be enough if you don't plan on a SLI settup.

(corsair is the king of powersupply.)
