my vote is for evga the 24/7 tech support is nice and they are really helpfull there

id go witrh the xfx card since it has a lifetime warranty which is a good thing in my book

I have owned two 7800's from EVGA and a 8800 from xfx. I have had no complaints with either. they are both great company's

i had the same delema over the samecard, i went with evga, because they had a dual slot edition with a bigger heatsink. I also heard somewhere that XFX is going bankrupt, so it might be a good idea to go with evga if this is the case.

Get the cheaper option as both have pretty good reps.

Not sure about XFX going bust especially as they just expanded to supply ATI 4000 series cards.

EVGA has the 90 day step up program + lifetime warranty while XFX has double lifetime warranty.

I've owned cards from both companies and been highly satisfied. Chances are you'll never use the warranty, and the workmanship on the card and performance will be just fine either way so it's totally a draw. Price should be the deciding factor.
