i had the same delema over the samecard, i went with evga, because they had a dual slot edition with a bigger heatsink. I also heard somewhere that XFX is going bankrupt, so it might be a good idea to go with evga if this is the case.

EVGA has the 90 day step up program + lifetime warranty while XFX has double lifetime warranty. Probably wont use it for more than 3 years so i think the lifetime warranty thing is a bit much.
I've owned cards from both companies and been highly satisfied. Chances are you'll never use the warranty, and the workmanship on the card and performance will be just fine either way so it's totally a draw. Price should be the deciding factor.
