Fable: Lost Chapters. bit of tech help please

So i just installed Fable: LC and cant wait to dive into it but every time I try to run it, it crashes before it even starts and i have no idea what the problem could be? Anyone have any experience with this?

Spec: C2D E4400 2.0ghz, BFG 8800gt oc, Xp SP2, Realtek HD audio (onboard).

Assuming you have upadted your graphics and audio drivers and patched the game.

Found a site stating, that if you use Windows Blinds, that might be the cause. If you don't know what that is, you are not using it.

Also if you get an error, it might help if you tell what it is.

Dang, I use AlienGUIse which is similar to windows blinds.
