Fallout 3 bomb disarm?

Lucas simms said a 100 caps to disarm bomb but when I meet him again sfter disarming the only option i get is to pick his pocket..help.:question:

Don't worry, next time you want to talk to someone just make sure you have your gun out and that you hold left mouse click aiming at their face.

Not really, I might be wrong but I think with Tenpenny tower you have to go through several doors and loading screens to reach your room. You might just be able to travel right onto your balcony like in the Big MT safehouse in New Vegas, but if not then its basically a fancier Megaton with more loading screens, less likable people, and in a worse location (Megaton was right in the middle which didn't change time too much, but Tenpenny Tower is like WAY south).

Plus come on dude, killing all those people for a nice house? Like, uncool, and not even creatively evil (like spawning a bunch of fire ants in Rivet City, or using Mr. Sandman on a guy's wife then booby trapping the wife's body and making sure he activates it).
