Does FOSE work with the d2d version of Fallout 3 GOTY edition. Can anyone confirm this, especially anyone who has the game on d2d?

I'm not sure although it works with the steam version.

No FOSE doesn't work with the D2D version, but there are ways to circumvent that inconvenience.

It means Fallout Script Extender, it's something a lot of major mods for Fallout require.

It's not supposed to because of copy protection but you can find ways of getting around that(albeit it's a lot easier to just get it somewhere else)

Fallout Script Extender. It expands on the scripting abilities of Fallout 3 and allows many mods to run much better.
