Fallout 3 mod recommendations

I've reinstalled the game and am ready to visit the wasteland once more. Any essential mods I should use this time around?

Apparently FOOK2 should be good, haven't tried it myself though (It's supposed to be something somewhat similar to Complete 2009 for SoC)

FOOK 2 Is terrible, no joke. I've played the game for 75+ hours with 120+ mods installed, FOOK2's direction it takes the game in is bad.

Get Marts mutant mod, and FWE

Depends on how you want to play and what you want to do.

The fallout nexus I believe has the most compreehensive set of mods around.
