The title is pretty self explanatory.

So, I had Fallout 3 a while back, but I deleted it for space. I decided to install it again a few days ago, but I'm having problems with the VATS. Whenever I press V, the interface shows up and everything, but when I press E to confirm (shoot) the screen just starts blurring and moving around as it's supposed to, but my character just stands there aiming his gun, not doing anything.

I don't know why I might have this problem, it worked before. Thanks in advance :)

so you press v , then choose the body part , then press mouse 1 few times so it would register your shots on the corner of the screen and then press e ? if yes something is wrong and i would recomment reinstalling or patching it up , you can find patches on the main FO3 website , link : http://fallout.bethsoft.com/eng/downloads/updates.html

Yes, that's exactly what's happening. I'll try and download a patch and get back to you.
