When Interplay gave the license to Bethesda to make Fallout III, they made the stipulation that Interplay would still have control over any "Fallout MMO". They havn't announced that they're working on an MMO, just that they still own the rights to it.

Interplay only holds the Fallout MMO license as long as they produce something by, I think 2010, or something along those lines. If by that time nothing has been released, the MMO license reverts to Bethesda.
