is there any way to increase your running speed using stats? if not what about console commands? thx.

I believe there may be a chem for that, but if you want speed in any significance then you will have to seek out a mod.

I know some mods offer perks that can make you run 30% faster.

The mods that increase the speed set, usually effect everyone in the game.. so everyone is running around like bugs shooting you, very annoying.

I think agility is responsible for that? Not entirely sure, but I remember seeing "agility is responsbile for _____, __________, and run speed" in the description iirc.
