I am trying to install NVSE so I can run Enclave Commander but I cannot locate the FalloutNVLauncher.exe files or the directory. Can someone help? I have opened the Steam\SteamApps\Common\fallout new vegas and the .exe files are not there. I am running Windows Vista. Thank you!

It's exactly there, FalloutNV.exe.

IIRC all you need to do is put the files in that directory. Put them there and see if it will launch.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-3c1a9cLL8Watch this. You have to go to tools- folder options- hide extensions for known file types. Unclick that. should work

Once you download the script extender, you need to put all of the files into your New Vegas Directory

That is how it should look in your directory. Once there, launch the game from the nvse_loader application.
