How many fan plugins do most motherboards have , i cant seem to find where it shows how many?

Do all fans take the same plugin? 80mm , 120mm , cpu fan?

Yes.

Depends on the motherboard as far as how many fan plugins you have on your motherboard. Your motherboard's documentation will be your best bet there (if you don't have the documentation you can usually download it)

Yes, those come right off the power supply and you can buy adapters for them to hook up the fans.
