Indeed, it looks as though 07 and 08 are already covered when it comes to shooter goodness. Who knows maybe this is only the beginning of things to come. I know Ubisoft is not so hot when it comes to good PC games, but their intent is to set the record straight and deliver an amazing PC experience. I hope they succeed.

Some of that stuff is realistic at least I think it is (not like I am some mercenary that has faced battle many times), but some of it is more on the Hollywood side of realism like taking bullets out of your body whilst in the midst of a heated fire fight (I think a GS article pointed this out earlier).
