Yeah i recently got a new computer which is a vista home premium and i was just wondering since far cry was made in 2004, will it work on a vista cause its quite cheap at the moment and i've heard its a pretty awesome game so if any of you guys have installed it on your computer which is a vista and have got it running please tell me what happened when you ran it, did you have to change anything like compatibilty mode or download any patches? I know that my computers specs is way past the recommended specs and should run it unless it isn't compatible with any vista computer.

Yes, it will work on Vista. I have Vista Premium 32bit, and I've played Far Cry a few months ago, everything was ok. You definitely have to download patches, but other than that nothing. It should work just fine.
