I would argue that all versions of FEAR 2 surely suck, but yeah, it obviously was developed for the ground up for the consoles and plopped on the PC without a lick of work to make it play properly on the hardware of the platform. I personally never experienced huge problems with the mouse acceleration, but it was very apparent that they used the analog stick input code for the mouse which made it feel very mucky and imprecise to move the camera around.
The mouse acceleration (lookspring) is unbearable.. I like to move the mouse from target to target very quickly, and i end up doing circles unless I move it slowly. I even have the sensitivity turned all of the way down, and moving the mouse still makes me do a 180. There is no option to disable it, and there doesn't seem to be a config or console command to change it either. I'm severely disappointed. I shouldn't have gotten it for the pc. The 360 version is much better...superclockedare you serious? the sensitivity is fine. i had to turn it up even to get my mouse movements how i wanted them. and i only use fingers to move my mouse, i rarely even move my wrist.

The acceleration is. I like to be able to snap onto my targets quickly with utmost precision. I play online alot, so I've gotten very good at moving the crosshair across the screen and landing it directly on someone's face....

Dunno.

The game is crap anyway.nutcrackrNot crap, but an OK game. Take it from someone with the hours I have LOL.
