F.E.A.R. movie... trailer out?

Hey guys, I stumbled upon some video. Claims to be a trailer for a F.E.A.R. movie. Looks legit, and if they stick to the story of the first FEAR, the movie seems like it could have a lot of potential. What do you think?

PS: Also i apologize if I posted this in the wrong forum. Just wanted some opinions and figured it was PC game related.

It seems fairly well done, but it still screams fan made to me. Also, that was posted nearly a month ago, and no major publications have picked up on it. Also, no FEAR movie has been announced.
