Well you can always get the demos and see how well they run. I personally, if I could only buy one game would get F.E.A.R.. The single player is amazing and the multi-player is really fun.MarfooDepends on if you are into Horror/Action or WWII shooters though. FEAR is an excellent experience ('specially at night with lights out and headphones on) but can get montonous and the puzzles are pretty simple. But the enemy AI is brilliant at trying tactics to flank you and at defending themselves. In "CoD2" played on Veteran level, you'll find the same ferocity shown by the enemy AI. They don't just sit there and wait for you to rush them...they'll rush you, throwing back your grenades and enjoying clubbing you to death with a disconcerting frequency. I enjoy both games, multiplay and single. They're both cheap now so buy both. Modders are set to release an expansion pack for CoD2 which, rumour has it, has been given the okay by Infinity Ward...but don't quote me.
I wouldn't buy any of them. If you are referring to the new Fear single player then I don't know but Fear multiplayer is free. COD2 is horrible as a multiplayer game but I neer played the single player on the PC but it was awesome on the 360.rasstarman
I played Halo on the Xbox and then I played Halo on the PC. It was awesome on the PC.
