I have a SF4 fightstick i would like to use for some of my pc shoot em up games but the games do not support it. I have actually found a way to map the buttons on my stick to the keys on the keyboard manually, but i cant set the directions for the stick. (eg, Pushing left on the stick = left button on keyboard)

Are there any software that supports this? Thanks in advance.

I'm confused... you want to use the fightstick for movement? how would you aim? (or vice versa) there's no reason to do it.

Sorry, i wasnt referring to shooters, but shoot em ups. You know, the ones you can find on arcades like this:

And im using a madcatz SF4 stick.

All the buttons and directional inputs can be picked up by my PC. I could manually map the buttons to the keys, but i could not map the directional inputs. So i was wondering if thereis any software to do this.

It should work, actually. Did you install the 360 controller drivers? When I get home I'll double check with mine and see.

Mines a ps3 version of the stick. Anyway, i managed to do it by using a software called xpadder.

Straight forward and easy to use Thanks for the replies though.
