Final Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge

A couple of questions:

1) How do i make a paradrop of 4 snipers, that are each of the 4 players units?

2) How do i make it so that if a building is destroyed, the game ends and you win?

Its the Yuri's Revenge level editor, because it has Yuri's units and other Yuri's Revenge things in it. It's called Final Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge.
