Final parts/compatibility check please!

I will be ordering tonight, so if some of you could have a look over and check if this all works, I will place the order. The main issue is if the PSU will be sufficient, as I had a modular OCZ 700W picked before, but it is sold out, so I had to go with the 600W modular instead.
