I like it but I would recommend some changes. First of all, lose the 4770k and go for a 4670k to save some money. The 4770k is not noticeably better in games. Also, use that extra money to get a better motherboard and power supply. I don't think ASRock is that great of a motherboard maker, and I think an ATX Z87 motherboard from MSI, Gigabyte, or ASUS would be better. The power supply you picked out would not support SLI down the road if you ever wanted to upgrade. I would recommend going for at least a 750 W from Corsair or Seasonic, preferably an 850W.

1.you need a better cpu cooler for the haswell. anything less than a h80i is no good ig you decide to get a closed loop IMO 2. the bronze power supply is no good. IMO get something that is gold. 3. i think pawq4 is right. there's no need for 4770k. go with the 4670k to save money not sure about the motherboard, it's too early to tell because i haven't seen enough i them and i haven't seen any reviews to judge them. but whatever ram you decide on, make sure it's on the support list from the motherboard manufacturers website. everything except the cooler and the power supply looks good

You're spending twice the cost of the powwer supply on a keyboard...

Get a better power supply, like a TX or even AX from corsair.

Also drop the 4770k to a 4670k if the PC is just for gaming, and go for a GTX 770, 780 is definitely not worth the price. You can practically SLI 770s for that cost.

AsRock (a subsidiary of ASUS) have decent to very good mainboards.  Been using an Extreme 4 socket 1156 for a while without any problems and am using a P67/LGA1155 (see sig) board for over two years now to my utter satisfaction.  Also recently bought a socket 1155 Extreme 11 board and that one goes like a train too...

Consider a regular ATX board anyway, instead of the µATX (Micro ATX) because of the smal form factor in case you want to go the double GPU route: two cards will fit on that board but will be sitting too close to one another for temperature comfort.

Get a better 600/750w PSU.  Corsair, Antec, BeQuiet!, Enermax all have excellent supplies.

I'd say keep the i7 as those extra thread are going to become useful over the next year or two with the new consoles coming out.

Extra physical cores?  Maybe.  Extra threads made from leftover cycles?  We'll see. Â
