I am mostly looking for single plalyer RPGs. No Oblivion because I played the crap out of it on my PS3. Preferably newer ones that I can test out my new PC on. I already know without a doubt I am getting Mass Effect and probably the Witcher. I tried NWN2 and the camera controls were garbage. Any suggestions are great.

well if you want new single player RPG's, ... unfortunately you have listed them all (atleast that I can think of). Fallout 3 is coming around xmas i do believe that will have RPG elements, as well as Stalker: Clear Sky's but is more of a FPS. There are many great RPG's that are meant for multiplayer like titan queat but that won't 'test' your new computer (depending on your hardware)....

but in all reality, if you get the witcher and mass effect that will keep you busy for quite a while anyways.

Company of Heroes is a fun Strategy game with good graphics

Call of Duty 4 is a very fun shooter that would test your PC (IF you dont already have it on your PS3)

You can try some older RPG's like KOTOR 1-2 but there aren't to many newer RPG's.

Thanks. I will look into Fallout 3. My new computer specs are going to be very similar to yours. I was looking into Sins of Solar Empire and it looks to be a good rts. Anything with a sci-fi theme makes me go bananas too. Anyways thanks for the suggestions.

Well..Tf2 is a role playing game, as you take up roles as different people. Like engineer you building things, and medic you heal your friends :P

I highly reccomend it...or C&C 3

Try witcher maybe, i heard stalker had some RPG elements too

yeah, the RPG genre's been pretty much dead for a good 4 years now. Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines is a good RPG that isn't too old, and it didn't run very well when it came out... you could get that and see how it should have run then. It's a good game that you should play, regardless.
