My 8800gt evga superclocked and yes I should of gotten it from like tigerdirect or newegg but I just couldn't wait and so I bought it at circuit city the other day and wow I didn't realize it was so big long wise and it barly squeezes into my rather tight case but anyways the best news is that it looks great and sc works great on it as well. Better then my 8600gt.

The only thing that stumped me was the power connector cause that one was new to me. I have never had to plug my gpu up to the psu before. So last night I tryed and tryed to figure out how to plug this connector into my psu and couldn't figure it out and so today I called them and this gut said it is suppose to plug into the psu and I said I know that and I said all I see is this plug that looks like one that you would hook up a hdd to or cd rom and he said yes that is it and so I plug it in and push on it realy hard and what do you know it fit and now it is up and running and so far so good. I have even up date the driver to the latetest.

The only thing that I didn't like out of all of this was the mem clock was at 950 mhz instead of like 1800 mhz or 1900 mhz but a side from that so far so good although the only game that I play on it was sc but I'll do more and I know that I could move the mem clock up but not at the moment.

Also I know that sc is a gpu intence game and you know what the game automaticly put the rez up on max wich was 1920x1080 with 2 thinks on high still and I desided to put 2 things on low and it didn't hazatat much but the game does still do the same o sme o but I guess latter on I'll up my pc to a better one and try sc on it.

Aside from all of that this card is trully a nice card. At least that is my opion and the gpu stays cooler then my old one did even running sc the warmest it got was 63c and my room is 80f and so my other one got to around 65c when my room got this warm and the fan speed is at 50%.

You managed to fit a 4-pin molex connectorinto a 6-pin PCI-e power connector? Not possible, and the card would not work.

If your power supply does not have the 6-pin connector you need a new power supply. Any power supply without that connector is not designed to run a +12v heavy system, and running a computer like that can cause problems over time.

Overall, I really just don't understand your post much though.

Putting a 4 pin molex into a 6 pin connector; thinking that your effective memspeed is 950 instead of what it really is; and lastly, I crown you king of run-on sentences.
