Based on how you desribe cpus, I can honestly say that you do not know what you are talking about. You post here every other day and you always want either a laptop, desktop, or parts, please make up your mind so we can actually help you instead oF just ignoring you every time we see you make a new thread. and what is a noov?

Going to give him the benefit of doubt. So, assuming you live in the US...:

Case: NZXT Gamma ($35.99)

PSU: Antec 520W ($54.99)

Motherboard: Asus M4A78LT-M ($69.99)

Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE ($113.99)

Processor Heatsink: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 ($24.99)

Memory: Mushkin Silverline 4GB ($40.99)

Video Card: EVGA Geforce GTX 550 Ti ($124.99)

Sound Card: Asus Xonar DG 5.1 ($34.99)

Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB ($59.99)

Optical Drive: Asus 24x DVD±R ($20.99)

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit ($99.99)

Total: $681.89

If what you said is true, the above should easily be able to handle what you intend to throw at it and even a few of the more modern games at Medium-High settings.
