Its 15 bucks after rebate :) Also, it has 80 mm fans which will be loud and it has no reviews yet. I'd get a case I know a little more about.

If thats enough space, go for it. The western digital 320GB 16MB cache HD is about 74 dollars, slightly better value.

The low price of you rig is completely dependent on those rebates. You'll be filling out alot of those forms, make sure you don't forget. Also, don't expect the rebate checks soon and in all honesty don't expect to get them all.

For $20 more than the 8800GTS 640MB, you can get a Sapphire 2900Pro GDDR4 1GB. It offers better performance than the 8800GTS and even beats the GTX every now and then. If you want, you can overclock it to 2900XT speeds and totally melt face with it. It comes back in stock tomorrow.kodex1717

There is no reason to get the 1gb versian...get the 2900 PRO 512 MB for like 275 bucks.
