I have that HD - damn nice. Only gives you 465gigs though-not 500 like it promises. The BS Vista score gives it a 5.7. :)

1. The combo deal only works with the 1k Watt PSU which seems to be WAY to much in both power and price for your build.
(I think the Antec 900 isnt worth it at all since its been grossly overpriced ever since it gained popularity. My suggestion would be some modest CoolerMasters case, like this one or this other one.) While on the subject you might want to get a different PSU PC Power and Cooling power supplies are among the best, but the Corsair 550w would do just as good for less than the PSU you have chosen now.

2. I'm pretty sure the HD 4850 would end up being an overall better performer, and the price isnt that much of a stretch.

3. The E5200 seems like an excellent choice since its a little cheaper but not THAT much of a difference between that and the e7200.

5. That memory seems pretty cheap, it even says it in the description that its generic RAM. I guess if you dont plan to overclock it might be fine, but it seems kind of iffy to me.

6. You didnt notice I had no number 4.

Other than that great job, I hope you enjoy your build.
