I think Wizardry 8 is in first-person, and going by reviews, thats a good game to get.
Vampire TM:Bloodlines has a chance of becoming good rpg...if you considered to have it, at least acquire the patch (both official and unofficial) immediately

Wizardry 8 is in the first person but it isn't really a first person RPG since you control a party of 8. This game is one of my favorite games of all time so I do highly recommend it.
Gothic3, tho I find the 1st person view in it a bit weird, not sure anymore if Gothic2 had 1st person view but if it did it's one of the best 1st person RPGs.
