I'm not sure in what order I should pick my parts in for me to make sure they're all compatable? I'm also not really sure which parts I should pick for a great gaming rig with a spending limit of fifteen hundred? I've been reccomended to buy an Intel Core i5-2500k which it seems affordable and a good buy? Any info or input from you guys only helps me understand this better, thanks! If you decide to add a build on here, please don't add the chassis, keyboard, mouse, or moniter into the spending limit. Lastly if your a first time rig builder like myself and have questions feel free to post them and see if someone more knowledgable than ourselves will awnser them haha.
I'd start with the motherboard, this determines almost all of a pc's compatibility. I'd go with an i7 cpu since your budget is $1500.
-Newegg and tigerdirect are good places to shop for parts online.
-A good gaming rig requires a decent graphics card, usually $200-$600.
-Never skimp on the power supply, a bad one can destroy all the electronics. You should get one from a name brand rated gold for efficiency.
Yeahh I was thinking of buying a 1000w so when I upgrade in the future I wont have to worry about frying my PC because of overpowering and also I wont have to buy another PSU
