I just got a new Graphics card (Nvidia g-force gt620,) And my monitor had flashing white dots, I found out that if you take a screenshot and if it has white dots then its the GPU's fault, but i found out that its the monitor, What can i do? Another thing:My monitor has 2 refresh rates, 60 and 75, when set at 60, i see small white dots, at 75 its white diagonal lines, Any way to fix this?

I think you have to try to change resolution just to be sure that it isn't the LCD of your monitor. If it does not work then maybe you would need to get a replacement. How old is your monitor anyway?
One monitor is about 3 years old, and another is 1, they both have the same resolution though, I have tried switching monitors, switching cords, using diffrent types of cords and changing resolutions and nothing.
Well i found out that if i hold my monitor in a very specific spot, the white dots dissapear, but if i barley touch my desk, the dots return.FireGamer1099
