why cant i get my product key working? it keeps saying "Error 802, invalid" ive entered it correctly btw

Your game doesn't recognize the code as valid. Try installing again, and if that doesn't work call customer service or something.

If your sure your typing it right (0 not O or something as silly), take it back and ask them to exchange it if you bought it from a store.
