Ford Constantine Fallout 3

Does somebody knows what the deal is with this Ford Constantine?

I mean, there is a Load of atomic bombs in there, but are you able to do something with them?

I'm not sure about it because I found Launch codes in a safe in the same building.

you get the t-51b armor in fort constantine if you did the side quest "you have to shoot them in the head" it is the best armor in the game. Untilr you get broken steel. Look on fallout wiki on how to complete the quest
