I'll throw out oblivion, although I have never played it, the videos make it look like a Medieval FPS

Mount and Blade can be played from the first person perspective, and it is more of a medieval game than Dark Messiah or Oblivion (those are more fantasy based). All three are great games though I would would recommend any of them.

Its a mod providing you have a source engine game e.g. hl2

Maybe i'm just spreading rumors but i read somewhere (i don't remember where)that there could be a medieval CoD soon.Shocking isn't it?But since CoD 8 is rumored to be an action-adventure everything is possible.

well oblivion does have guns from a mod. but it doesn't play as first person perspective. more dmc style.
