Not sure how strong your system is but Star Trek Online runs in DX9 and has TONS of graphic settings so it should run on very low systems. Its an outstanding game to boot.

Lineage 2 has gone free to play, it's a 9 year old game now, so it runs on older systems as well. It's very different from what it used to be about, but the PvP/guild vs guild emphasis is still there, making the resulting community metagame oh so entertaining. Much of the grind has been abolished, untill the much later levels at least, and the microtransactions don't include any actual armor/weapons.

I don't like how so much stuff in the game is instanced now, but it's still a very good MMO, and definitely not pay2win.

Guild Wars is Buy to Play, not Free to Play.

You can pick up the games for $10, so its almost basically free for the amount of enjoyment you get out of it.

\o/ But Membership is the way to go if you get into it. LOTRO, DCUO, and Runes of Magic.

Another vote here for LOTRO. The game runs on my X1550; pretty much any modern IGP should handle the game well nowadays.

It's not free. He asked for free MMORPG's, Technically Guild Wars isn't an MMORPG and It's not free.

well i actually want a pretty relaxing game to play, just to screw around and whatnot.

i played Ragnarok about 10 years ago (holy crap), and yeah i want that kind of MMORPG not the WASD action-y MMORPGs out there. are there any decent point and click MMORPGs nowadays? i don't want to play and be on my toes for like 3 hours straight.

Lineage 2 is for you then. I've also heard Ragnarok had castle sieges and PvP, Lineage 2 is all about the sieges and the PvP, you will enjoy it...though I am starting to worry, as the new valentine's day event has got some pay to win stuff in it...though they were pretty modest with their microtransaction model till now, they are getting cocky it seems.
