Free MMORPGs?

Me and my friend have been looking for a good, enjoyable, free downloadable, and free to play MMO.

Any know any really good/strong ones, and can I get a link to look around?

This has probably been asked way more than once, but I can't find a thread, if you know of one, and you give that to me, please?

In any case, check out Dungeon Runners by NCSoft...apparently that game ranked pretty highly according to PC Gamer magazine.

My union has a massive list which I can't be bothered to type out, but my personal favorites are anarchy online and silkroad online.mattyftm

I don't have extensive hands on time with SilkRoad, but I played for about 4-5 hours and to me I really hated the setup of that game. At the time there we little to no tutorial/training, very bad lag, and many many korean speaking players. Now this may have improved, but again about a 8 months ago thats how it played for me.

To be honest, I'm not much of an MMORPG fan, but out of the free ones I have played (for my union) these ones seem best to me.

Well I did hear they recently put out an expansion or more content for SilkRoad, so who knows, maybe its better now then when I played. A friend of mine liked it, but I tried it after playing WoW so it was no comparison at the time.
