So i started playing WoW, and I enjoyed it for a little while. I have actually grown to hate the game beacuse of the size it takes up on my computer(which isn't the best). I also don't like the fact that I have to pay 15 dollars a month to play it. So I ask this question, what are a few MMORPG's that are free to play and don't take up a huge amount of space on your computer. I began playing maplestory for a litle while as well, and I loved it. Any other games that you recommend??

Metin2. But if WoW eats up your PC can you can't pay a monthly I would say don't play MMOs.... get Diablo 2 and Guild Wars instead. Best online RPGs you'll ever get to play for free (after you buy them).

I think silk road is pretty good, it's mostly grind but it makes it look good something WOW could learn from it. There's guild wars but inever really got in to it there's only 20lvls and it's quite short in single, if you get a guild it can apparently be really good but i never really liked it. I think possibly runescape, it's very good on the non combat side of things better than wow in someways but it is very repetitive, if you want to get far it's alot like working on a production line doing the same job over and over till you can save up for that super expensie weapon, might get better when you get to the high levels and then you have enough cash to play with to merchant but rweally you have to be a member to get the good stuff.

Cabal Online looks really good, but I played the Beta for a little while when it launched.

I didn't play it much after that, been meaning to go back, but I have LOTRO which I just bought.

It really depends on what you are looking for. There are plenty of RTS online games, but I found them to be too weird. Anarchy online is a pretty good choice. It's free and you can go to the store to buy the expansion packs that are out.

You can download it right off of GameSpot
