free wma to mp3 with ID3 tags

Does anyone know of a free wma to mp3 converter that keeps the ID3 tags individually for each song so that I dont have to convert one song at a time?

IDK about the tags, but i do use "free wma to mp3 converter" :lol: i got it from download.com
