My comp turns on and the fans spin but I can't get to the bios and the motherboard doesn't beep. I've taken out the sound, video card, ram, unplugged the hard drive one by one and tried turning it on again without any type of different response. Now I'm assuming its either the motherboard or processor. Does anyone know how to tell which one it might be? The past couple days I've had problems starting the comp but I would just unplug it from the wall and eventually after a couple resets it would turn on. Any feedback will be helpful.

Move the jumper on the motherboard from 1-2 to 2-3 and see if it will let you get to the Bios. If it will not, it's a pretty safe bet that your motherboard is toast. You wouldn't happen to have an ohm meter handy?
