Okay my friend asked me earlier to find him a decent graphics card his price range is £60 (maybe a bit more if it's worth it) and he only has a 450W cheapo power supply, a CiT one (http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/8903074/CiT-450U-450W-PSU-Power-Supply-Unit-Gold/Product.html) could you guys find the best one possible with those requirements please? Cheers.

Bit of a stretch, but so much better than the 5550's which are pretty prominent in that price bracket. An extra £9 well spent

Is it an older pc with no pci slots and uses agp slot? the HIS HD 4670 iceq card is amazing for around 100 usd.. it ran fine on my rig with a 450w psu. Runs cool and doesn't suck up a lot of power.

The 5670 is an amazing card for the price, low power usage, cool and performs well through it all. You should be able to afford it and it will work with that PSU.

Okay, thanks for all your help! :D

EDIT: Will the 5670 run on a PCIe 2.0 because it says it uses PCI-e 2.1?

PCI-e versions are backwards compatible with older ones. It shouldn't be a problem.

Overclocked 9800GT for £61 anyone? Might be a strech on the PSU but i'm not sure.

Thats a fantastic deal. It should go on a 450W, if noise and power usage are an issue though stick with a new Radeon.
