Alrighy,

So I only have enough money to buy one game to last me for a few months.

These are my choices:

Guild Wars Factions

Or

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (This one isn't online I know that).

Which one should I choose!

The latter. IMO GW doesn't really do it with just one of the packs.

Definitely Oblivion. It may not have online, but that means no idiots to ruin the game ever. Plus the gameplay really draws you into it becuase it feels like you can do almost anything; it's almost like a medieval Grand Theft Auto.

get oblivion mos def (if your pc is decent enough), guild wars is cool but it gets so lame after about a week, if you want an mmo tho for about 50 bucks you can get wow and a 6 month game card, if you just want to be occupied for the next few months... and by occupied i mean start an alternate life in your parent'sbasement turning so pastey white people can't look at you outside in daylightwithout squinting
