can somebody please help me by suggesting some quality PC TOWER DEFENCE genre games,not the flash ones,thank you,,,something like the tower defence on iphone,

Two off-shoot tower defense games are Sanctum (first-person shooter + tower defence, sounds weird but it's actually kind of neat) and Anomaly: Warzone Earth, where you are basically the invading force that has to take down the enemy towers.
