I've got Gamebooster 2 premium and from what I see it only saved me 125Mb RAM but my rig is flying on everywhere - desktop, media player, Internet - haven't tried gaming yet - doubt it'll change anything there

2.0 is a nice improvement over the old one imo.

The free version is limited, the premium actually improved quite a bit.

1.4 is still the best free program for simply shutting down extra processes and services without any issues with one button. 2.0 is now shareware. Don't know about bought versions but 2.0 shareware is horrible and nothing like a pop up coming up to buy the product.

Yeah I tried 2.0 but not the full version so don't know how much better it is when using its full capabilities but the limited 2.0 version vs the free one, I found the free one saved me more resources so I stuck with that.

no popaps in the free version

When I used it, this would come up every 2-3 hrs. Maybe they changed it since. This was after having the program installed after 30 days. The classic shareware lolness.

well concidering you ain't playing WoW or some MMORPG you won't be playing any game over 2 hours (usually I mean) - I always restore settings back to "none gaming mode" and close the program when I'm not playing
