GameFAQs apparently deleting negative user reviews

Was the review honest or just a troll? Should GameFAQs have taken it down even after initially approving it or should they have left it as is?

Not sure I'd exactly describe that 'review' as trolling. I haven't played LoL (it doesn't appeal to me) but if what he says is true and it's affected him, I can understand why he's posted this ragequit blog.
