Games for Windows Live-Help

Hi friends,

I recently downloaded and installed Games for Windows Live. I want to know that to appear my gaming status on my live account, do I have to sign in to Games fow Windows live client and then play Live Games? Will that make my gaming status(how much I played, achievemnts) update and show it on my account? I need help bcoz I'm a beginner!

Just start the game as you would any other. If the game supports achievements, the interface for logging in will appear automatically. Once you have signed in you are good to go.

Does Darkvoid support GFW LIVE? Also can anyone tell me a few games which support GFW?

Here is a list from Microsoft. I know it's not complete since I am playing Dirt 2 and it uses GFWL with achievements and it is not on the list. Sorry, I don't know if Darkvoid has achievements.

Hi there's also one more query! I created my own gamertag and I tried to use it on raptr. But when I enter the tag and save it, its says to change my privacy settings to everyone. I changed them and set all to everyone but still I'm unable to save it! Can anyone tell me how to fix this stuff?

Oooh bud, good luck with GFW. I've tried to use it for GTA4 and FUEL and all I can say about it is that it's a total piece of crap. It has so much issues, hardly any games at all, and absolutely abysmal gamertag customization. I recommend you download Steam and ignore GFW unless a game requires it, Steam is a helluvalot beter than GFW.

This is a better, perhaps more confusing, list. If the game has a check mark on "LIVE" then it supports achievements. And G.o.D means games on demand (meaning the higher price games that are download only using their application).
