Starcraft (the music still gives me goosebumps, and fond memories of the 90'
Dawn of War 1 (+ exp packs) I hope it can run this game, and if you get everything in the dawn of war 1 section, you will have a heck of alot of gameplay hours, + 9 fairly distinct races (factions)to play as ^^
Warcraft 2 (prefer it over WC3)
If you can find it KKND (sort of an obscure rts) is quite amazing ^^
Oh and try to get a hold on "UFO: Enemy Unknown"(or UFO: Defence in the US)it is a turnbased squad tactics and economics game, quite good. and if you liked that try Syndicate wars, sort of in the same vain, but realtime.
Dungeon keeper (this is pretty much THE game rts fans hsouldnt miss)

the problem is that I am not really sure what your GPU chipmeasures up as.
You can try system requirements labs, it is nowhere near precise but it will atleast give an indication if you can run the games.
When I run dx diag, or whatever it is, it says I have 225MB of Video ram? I thinks. xD If that helps any..*thinks* well I guess most of the older C&C games will work well ^^
