Games like Amnesia?

I was tryin to find some games similar to Amnesia in gameplay. I like the straight adventuring style, but find the point and click style games too slow. Im looking for an adventure game that you actually move around freely ( like in Amnesia ). I know its pretty vague but any help/suggestions would be nice

PS played the Penumbra series too

PS x2 - I like horror and creepy kinda themes the most but they dont have to be.

Darkness Within plays similar to Amnesia, just no where near as good.

Cryostasis in a way, but a bit more combat oriented. Mix of something like Amnesia and Condmened Criminal Origins.

the only thing that comes to mind is myst but im pretty sure that isnt what you want

god that was so annoying, but the game is still fun.

yea i got cryostasis too, its pretty cool but yea the performance..

Silent Hill 2 and 3 are excelant horror games. I still think Silent Hill 3 holds up very well graphically(at least the PC version.)
