Games where you play as a giant creature?? Any suggestions please?

I'm looking for games where you play as a giant and powerful creature.. And with super powers (like Prototype, but Alex here is obviously not giant).

I don't know why, but I like playing games where you are NOT an original human, but another creature (preferably giant, like in The Incredible Hulk).

So does anyone know of any good games according to what I mentioned? Preferably sandbox or role-playing games if possible. :)

Other than Black and White 2 I don't think there are any, but you don't play as a huge creature, you play as a god that controls a huge creature.
