Quite a few.
Listed in order of when I bought them (all via Steam):
Trackmania United Forever
Crysis
Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee
Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus
Braid

The Secret Of Monkey Island: Special Edition

I prefer to buy digitally. The only game I remember buying this year was Anno 1701 for $15 on a Steam deal, good game.
STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl
Serious Sam Gold
Thief: Deadly Shadows
Far Cry
Half-life w/ blue shift, opposing force
NeverWinter Nights 2
Titan Quest
Drakensang: the Dark Eye
Max Payne 2
Elven Legacy
Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood
The Orange Box
Mass Effect
Deus Ex
I only bought a couple physical games this year, Crysis: Maximum Edition and Dawn of War II.
I would say that this summer I've crossed the line, and now prefer the digital download to the boxed copy.
Just yesterday I bought the boxed copy of Majesty 2. It cost me ten dollars more for the boxed copy than it would have cost me if I had bought the game off Steam. Now I have to insert the DVD every time I go to play. But what bothered me was that I had to go online to authenticate my install - that kind of defeats the purpose of buying the boxed copy, in my opinion.
Also, at least off Steam, the patches are automatically applied. That's kind of nice.
It's just easier in general if you have the downloaded version. Steam is my preference. (And I never thought I would say that.)
Half Life Source/Deathmatch Source
Unreal Tournament 3
The battlefield arcade game on xbox.. i hate it
I've been buying "digital duplicates" of my cIassics, multi-cd sets (hate babysitting 5-cd installs) and games 'contaminated' by Starforce

text denotes first-time purchases
First was Fallout 3 on Steam... They had a weekend deal for $25 and I couldn't pass it up...
Then the Direct2Drive turns 5 sales started... I have bought like 10 games from it so far... Can't even remember them all because I haven't even installed half of them :D
I've been buying some oldies lately, games I either haven't tried or wanted to replace my physical copies with a more convenient method.
Dark Sector
Evil Genius
Deus Ex: GOTY Edition.
The Last Rement
Lost Planet: Extreme Condition
Oblivion
Morrowind
Prototype
Zeno Clash
Sid Meier's Civilisation III
Sacrifice
Batman Arkham Asylum
In my area, Vancouver, it's very rapidly becoming difficult NOT to buy digitally, since most of the stores are carrying fewer and fewer PC titles - EB is all but finished with PC games, while even The Future Shop, that entirely dependable store, seems to be clearing off its shelves.
I bought Arkham Asylum off Steam, and was very surprised to learn that The Future Shop didn't even put this game on sale for an entire week after its release.
I'm worried about Dragon Age Origins. If I can't physically pick up the collector's edition on day one... it'll be the shocker of the century.
Just the orange box when it was 10 bux, couldn't pass up such an amazing deal. I probably will purchase arkham asylum in the near future.
Penumbra Collection
Unreal Tournament 3
Audio Surf
Mount and Blade
Defense Grid: The Awakening
And I want to say, The Last Remnant since it runs off Steam now despite buying it retail, but I'll count that as half a point. :P
Digitally this year?
.
The Longest Journey
Dreamfall: The Longest Journey
Bioshock (for the 2nd time -- first bought it retail but had a serious scratch on the media)
Stalker: Clear Sky
Prototype
Drawn: The Painted Tower
The Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition
 -- RISEN --
Not so sure it it was earlier this year or later last year:
.
Drakensang
Dead Space
Empire Total War
Sins of a solar Empire Entrenchment
Grid
Warhammer 40k Dawn of War II
Assassins CreedStreet Fighter IV
Civilization IV
Braid
Far Cry 2
See, not that many.
Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood
Demigod
World in Conflict
Will be adding Borderlands and Dragon Age soon.
Hearts of Iron 3 (Gamersgate)
Rome Total War Gold (Steam)
Empire Total War (Steam)
I intend to pre-order Left 4 Dead 2 which went up on Steam today. And I will also be purchasing Europa Universalis 3: Heir to the Throne in December (Gamersgate).
This year has been 50/50 on digital/hard copies.
Really tend not to buy much digitally. Still like to get a box and disc. Its also generally much cheaper if you buy it from online retailers like play and shopto.
Having said that still bought - Plants vs. Zombies, Oddworld pack and World of Goo.
Though with some upcoming titles that seem to be going digital only looks like its set to increase.
